Shipping policy

At SmartPack USA, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping process, options, and policies.


Processing Times

  • Non-Custom Orders: Ship the same day if placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
  • Custom Orders: Require a 3-business-day lead time for production before shipping. Larger orders exceeding 5,000 pieces may require 1-2 weeks for processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods and Options

  • Standard Shipping: Available through our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and are detailed on our Shipping Map at the top of our FAQ page.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional charge.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free standard shipping.

Pickup Option

Customers in the New York area can opt for local pickup at our production house:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Custom orders will be ready for pickup after the standard lead time. Non-custom orders are available for same-day pickup if ordered before 3:00 PM.
  • You will receive a 'Ready for Pickup' email, and our team will confirm your pickup appointment.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight, size, and destination at checkout.
  • Customers using their own shipping accounts are responsible for any additional carrier fees.

International Shipping

Currently, SmartPack USA ships within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our sales team at customerservice@smartpackusa.com.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, linking directly to the carrier’s website. This information will also be available on your Previous Orders page for easy access.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product for faster resolution.
